Thank you for choosing Urbansel LLC! We are committed to providing high-quality products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Return Policy
   ● Request a return: If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please make sure that the product is unused and retains the original packaging and tags.
   ● Return conditions: The product must meet the following conditions to apply for a return: The product is unused and in original condition;
   ○ Complete packaging, including all included accessories and tags;
   ○ Provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).
2. Exchange Policy
   ● Exchange request: If you want to change the size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Please make sure that the product is unused and retains the original packaging and tags.
   ● Exchange conditions: Same as return conditions, the product must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Contact Customer Service: Please email or call our Customer Service team to request a return.
5. Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return address. Please be sure to indicate this number on the return package.
6. Return Items: Please send the item back to the specified address and use a trackable courier service. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the item is defective).
7. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and the refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.
8. Shipping Policy
   ● Shipping costs for the original order are generally not refundable. The shipping costs incurred by the return need to be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our error (such as sending the wrong item or the item is damaged).
   ● In the case of an exchange, if the exchange is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping costs.
9. Special Circumstances
   The Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to the following situations:
   ●Personalized or customized products;
   ●Exceed the return application period (30 days);
   ●The product is damaged during transportation, unless it is caused by manufacturing defects.
